    Disappointed with your admin – my first holiday with Titan – Magic of Malta for Christmas 2016 – booked and paid deposit on August 25th – as of today September 2nd have not received a simple conformation email or any paperwork – even after allowing for the Bank Holiday I feel I should have received an acknowledgement by now. With Kirker holidays the response is instant.

    I agree with Mr Lewis. Your admin does seem to be unreliable. I’ve never received my final paperwork for the Sardinian tour in June. When I asked for feedback on several issues regarding this tour, it took several attempts to get any response. My email to Andy Squirrell has not been answered either. I am beginning to lose confidence in a company I have used many times.
